If something like this was made, Only a Hitman should be able to complete bounties.

This is for pvp servers. There are no hitmen on the pvp servers.

I love this idea in a PVP setting. It would be a small bit like GTA.

+1 this idea sounds delicious. As if this could be taken out as an alternative to the Hitmen on pandahut #10

We'll give this idea serious consideration and if we decide for it, we should be seeing this plugin added to all PvP servers some time this week.

The current version of the plugin is outdated and although we managed to update the code and run it, we feel it's necessary to have a cooldown on the victim, otherwise players could easily abuse this plugin by calling multiple bounties, one after the other, harassing the target player in the end. We're working on it and will give it a test as soon as we have a stable version up and running.
