How can you surrender to someone they are pinned down you put zip tie on them put they still pull a gun to kill you.
How does that make any sense that a player can put there hands down as soon as I pull a zip tie. In real life they would be pinned down.
I just think its failed rp because in real life this would physically impossible to do.

Cookies if a player does they they get banned if they have already been warned for doing it since it's fail RP. Juan told me that you can't do that so if a player did report it to staff and if you were killed you should be refunded

As far as I'm concerned this is not true, I've done this to MANY COPS. I've done it to George and Ninja both of whom were staff, I've done it in front of banned. Former head-admin. I've also died to this same reason and don't mind for it, it's a risk you're taking by cuffing/ziptie. Plus, you can take groups to protect and recover hear if they do pull this trick on you.

For example, you might have one pinned down in real life but they still continue to struggle, an officer attacking someone can be turned around at ANY instant. Adrenaline can kick in and we all know fight or flight, therefore the officer could go from being on top to being on the ground injured.
