I was thinking he could be someone who would scout for the bandits or cops ect. He would have binouculars and lots of makeshift stuff. He would problybly be paid 100 a job and could be killed if noticed. He also could be a undercover guy who can give cops or bandits info while acting like a cop. It would be like, I will buy drugs. And then he could tell cops where it is and they could arrive. Jobs like that would be more exscpensive though. Pls tell me if I should add stuff. Thx
