I both agree and disagree, its a tough stand point but i feel like the Pandahut Vanilla server will fail. It was taken down because it didn't have an active playerbase. Personally i played the crap out of the old server with a lot of my good friends such as but not limited to Apples, Jean, and Juan Deag. The server was fun for the first month but it got stale quickly due to a lack of playerbase. It was like the old Pandahut modded 18 server on Canada. It is extremely popular and full for the first week then it slowly dies. Think of it like when Nelson Announces a new map. Everyone jumps on the hype train and gets overly excited for these new maps and after around 3 days when everyone does everything to do and sees everything to see the map is just another map and nothing special. Another Vanilla server will unfortunately flop dead like a fish after around a week. The chances of it actually gaining a stable player base are much lower than it dying.
Unfortunately that's just how the players are and there's nothing really you can do about it.
If you did add one i would definitely play it but because of past events the bar won't be set high.
Pandahut servers are usually always well thought out and executed correctly from what i can see and in the end it's always up to the players to decide if a server like that will survive.
