Hello,

The only gun available in the Arena shop is the Sportshot, as FabAlien mentioned above. This was done intentionally as a joke, since the sportshot is borderline worse than an average melee weapon. We restrict all weapons from the Arena shop so as to maintain a more balanced gameplay. You can still buy medkits and other basic items with the Bamboo you earn from winning Arena matches. All guns, however, will remain off the Arena shop.

As you said, you're almost guaranteed to find good weapons after the match starts, and that is exactly how we want our Arena servers to be - balanced, as opposed to players who have lots of Bamboo having the most OP guns every round, monopolizing the server by having a higher chance of winning the round because they can buy their way to it ad infinitum.

The point of Bamboo in Arena is so you can buy the items that are currently in the Arena shop:
