Not what i mean, With tons of players raiding 1 base a civilian can walk in an just shoot whoever and just act like to be part of the raid if you arnt in a group, so making this a thing would need a GROUP to prevent these types of things.

Yeah, I could just imagine the raiders getting killed by other raiders and then adding that to the already 5 civilians that called kos lol. (Raids in seattle make a mods job hard lol.)

I kinda see where you are going with this. If it was a role to where we could kidnap/rob/raid but only do those actions against the police and the mayor, I think that would be awesome. To be honest, I think bandit and kidnapper should be a combined role. It will allow more roleplay.

I was hoping that a new role, called rebel or something similar that could raid and kidnap only police and the mayor, as you were saying, but I think that if it were sort of molded after the police, with higher roles, a official group, etc.

I think that having higher roles would be beneficial, as it could be made where no raiding or kidnapping could be done without one on. Having it like this would make these events special and unique.

I was thinking about that name, but the whole point of this role, in my opinion, is the ability to force the police to change the rules with kidnaps and raids, so the name wouldnt really fit
