Police Baiting

I don't have a suggestion for this, I just believe that this is an issue to be fixed. It is very unrealistic and just not RP for bandits to be so fearless running around in bands of 2-4 being unstoppable by police... or anyone really. They break the law with no fear and get fed stuff by people trying to arrest them. This is just.. really not right to me and I feel like we need to implement some kind of rule or perk to police officers to stand a chance against these kind of people.
Thanks for reading.

I agree. What I was thinking was make it so the police can KOS if the bandit pulls a gun, or aims at them.

Your whole reply is just well, frankly stupid. If anyone points a gun at anyone then they will be killed instantly unless in an arrest.

I can't say I could agree with this, it would cause for too much KOS confusion.

I do agree the police do seem to have a hand tied behind their backs when it comes to arresting. You basically have to run in a group seeing as it's recommended already to not go patrolling alone. The Police have to also be very well organized when it comes to arresting or it's gonna be a huge fail. But, Bandits are also better off in a group rather than soloing, like police, so it kinda evens out a bit. Just group up with other police and you will have a better time making arrests and kicking bad guy butt.

PS, make sure only one guy is arresting at all times, and everyone else has the arrest assist copied and pasted ready to send it at the same time. This way the assisting officers can actually jump in if the bandits refuse the arrest.

However, one big flaw I see with resisting an arrest is it could partly be seen as breaking FearRP. I get you don't want to be arrested, but you have a high chance of dying when it comes to resisting. Which FearRP is suppose to be there to prevent people from making bad decisions that could ultimately get them killed. An example would be 3-4 cops arresting one guy, the one guy pulls a gun to "resist arrest" and ends up killed by the cops. That is Failed RP due to breaking FearRP. Same with if a group of bandits run up on a solo cop, the cop should comply with their demands for fear of their life.
