this suggestion is for the person who is the leader of the group that can make application center in Community group topic. and if some of their group are active more than 2 month maybe their group can have a group region only 10 X 10 blocks or call them official group. and their base can't get raid with only 1 or 2 people. the region group base can get raid by 3 people up. and the topic must have Criminal group / Civilian group / Law group.
