There can be some system that allow roles to have missions with little rewards
Example for bandit
/quests
1.rob 10 persons
2. Raid 3 bases
3. Sell 5 berries
/quest join 3
You are now doing quest 3
You completed your quest and received 500 bamboo! You can now choose another quest
OR:
/quest leave.
You can choose another quest now
/quest info
Sell 5 berries
3 berries left
All the roles can have their own quests and if you change role, leave the quest or die. It will restart

That would bring some variety to the game. Interesting idea.

The jobs plugin is like this.

+1 it would make it easier for jobs like farmer and the unwanted roles to earn money
+1 it would be funnier to RP and probably make more people join the panda hut RP servers

i jobs you do somthing specific to get money
in quests you can keep your comon roleplay but with little goals in mind, which at some poin can get very exticitng
