As you may know that the new update adds car batteries and the feature allowing wheels to shot and destroyed. There is a rule which says no shooting/damaging another guys vehicle. I propose that when the police are arresting and the suspect is in a car or gets into a car they are allowed to shoot the tires out but only then.
