It would be cool if newbies without a role spawned in a certain place (kind of like fisherman job place) with signs everywhere kind of briefly explaining the rules or something. Nothing worst then getting kosed by some newbie bandit screaming put your hands up this is a robbery, or a newbie police man saying hands up your under arrest and shoots you.

Yea, I like this.

They spawn maybe somewhere in the map away from everything [Maybe] and there are signs telling them what to do E.G. Do /rules etc, do /roles and /role rolename etc. This would be helpful!

When they read the rules and choose a role it can teleport them to seattle maybe ?

all the spawns around the map should have metal signs telling the player about /rules, /roleas and that stuff. i like this

Yeah I believe something like this would dramatically decrease the amount of newbie kos. Also, they will not have the excuse to say they do not know the rules anymore every time they kos, or do not do something properly. Glad to see you guys all like this idea, how can we make this a reality?

I stand corrected. Even if admins thought it was a bad idea I'm glad Mushy supports it!

This is possible to implement by adding onto our existing plugin that spawns in new players handcuffed until they pick a role.

This could be modified so they spawn in a safe no-enter zone with signs and instructions, handcuffed and in godmode. Once they read the signs and pick a role, they could be teleported to a random location on the map.

I will talk to other RP Staff members about this idea and get back to you guys.
