/near Command

Hey, I was thinking this command could be useful for staff. This would be used on RP, and would help a lot.
There have been many instances, where I see someone shooting at people from a hill, but not killing them. Or someone shooting peoples cars, but running away and I wasn't able to catch his name because he hid. What I'm thinking this command would do, is list everyone who is near you in a certain distance, and show how far they are from you, so you can get a good idea of who is who. This could be very helpful because it would result in more justice to rule-breakers and get them the punishment they deserve. It would also shorten the list of people that are suspects from 22 to only a few people. I just feel like this command is a key component that is missing in moderation on RP servers. When someone is shooting people or cars, we should have better methods to catch and punish them than just hunting them down on foot and hoping we can catch up to them.

This wouldnt do a thing, several reasons why:
-The player can snipe from a farther distance
-with all the nearby names given you still won't know who it is
It would be useless :/

I agree with Peppermint there is no way you could still find out who it was because there could be 15 people in that nearby area.

Update: This is good for SuperModerators Since - /nearby
For say - Someone Shot at A Player or another staff member I could /vanish then /nearby and tp to each player and no way there will be 15 Players in one area.

Take Alberton or Stratford for a example. On peak times you could easily have a load of people in one area.
Is this command useful? You have 15 people in that area who can spot him for you! An experienced Unturned player can pick someone sniping very easily

still. i have seen 74% of this sittuations are like
- player looks for the one that shot him
- player gives up and keeps rp
- other players around: wait you got shot at?
see my point?
