More places to license guns and use vaults #10

Hey,
I had a new idea. So there is a license shop and a place to use vaults. What if you could add some more places to use the vaults and license ur gun.
Probally people will be sprayed more over the map. There won't be much lagg on 1 place and there wont be the big mass of police / bandit groups.
No idea if its a good idea. When there is the R.P.P.D airforce they can look over the map and not only in seattle.
