Bases, reducing lag, clutter and "unnessary" bases

Hey guys. As you see these days all the admins do is clear buildings, this isn't the way forward and we are just delaying a imitate problem. Something needs to happen and fast!
Now as I join the never ending bandwagon of suggestions to remove clutter and bases fast. No it's not kit bases. I have a foolproof plan to stop this lag and fast!
From the next wipe only people will only be able to build in pre-built bases meaning map generated buildings. Now your thinking, how the hell do we accommodate that many daily people after filling the houses, back from the dead comes the CEO role who will be able apartments which of course will be in hot demand
Hey that's leaving builder out they say, well I can't forget about my own role can I. Builders will be able to build motels which can accommodate people over night
As usual public forums voice your opinion!

I personally think this is a great idea for reducing the lagg. I like to build houses myself and decorating them, but I am SWAT so I dont know how this is going to affect me.
Still a +1 from me because its still a great idea!

What about the R.P.P.D as there is I think 20 - 25 of us and where are all not going to be able to fit in one police station

There is three on #10. And probaly making the exception of building around a bit for group RP such as this

I dunno. Apartments sound good but raid on it affects many ppl so. Yah.

Yeah, if someone wants to raid then they will get like half of the servers loot. And I mean you can't stop people from building their own bases. That would just restrict people on what they can do and remove the fun from having a secret or hidden base. Also removes the aspect of customization.

I like the idea of apartments. You don't need a 2 story house just to yourself.

i feel like having 1 floor bases are good but i have been raided 4 times when my base was in a "secret location",
there could be a role of landlord that you have to pay rent to if you want a base in a city or a different role if you want a base outside of a city, that could help with how many bases there are and help with certain lag problems.
people who build bases whether its outside of a city or in a city should make it wood ex: pine but then that makes it easier for people to be raided
