Ability to sell $notes/the new planes/boats in shop

You know how there's $5, $10, $20, ect.. notes? well we should be able to sell those and gain money from them!!!
(And having the new planes and boats would be nice xD)

This was brought up when it first came out. I specifically brought it up before the game actually had them in the game. The only problem with it is if someone boards up a bank, or a gas station they could essentially just print out the money or take it from the registers and have free money. And this is why the owners implement it into the servers.
