I think a new rule for role-play servers, is for the bandits: Once done raiding a person's structure/home/etc, put down a sign to show who raided the building?

Great idea. However this would be near to impossible to enforce.
You would need to have a moderator permanently assigned to each base to make sure the signs are placed.

It'd be like enforcing Jaywalking is punishable by 2 Shots to the knee
