Update the Special Forces pack

On the server pandahut 3, the special forces clothes pack has new clothing i really want to buy. It won't let me buy it, though, because the mod hasn't been updated. I really want to use these clothes in-game. Also, the GIGN Helmet is unbuyable. (ID 25203)
