Given that the victim of a robbery can kill the robber during, then why can't the robber kill the victim if they feel threatened?

so i was chillin with these dudes therenames were callofduty3,noah,me,and some othere dude(i forget the name).so we were chillin and this callofduty3 dude punches me so i turn around and shoot him he complains to mastah that i KOS'ed him and so did his freinds and im getting real sick of it because people keep shooting/hitting me and i kill them and i get warned for KOS'ing like wtf its just really annoying and ive been threatened banning several times now because of it...

That's a good point. I'm not sure why that isn't specified in the rules.
I would assume a bandit can kill the person they are robbing.
If they can't, then, what would be the point of robbing someone?
There would be no incentive for them to drop their gear, if they can kill you but you can't kill them.

Mkay, what happens if someone puts away their weapons during the robbery? Now, I recently thought of abusing that, since it is never written if its right or wrong, but I think it is HIGHLY WRONG. Update the rules to allow or not allow, based on your own jugdement Rag.

Interesting thought. But how would people time when to put away their guns? Like, before they actually get robbed? Or while getting rob, because in that case, I take it that it is already breaking the current rules?

The fact you say "I recently thought of abusing that" just sounds wrong to begin with, and you even know it's wrong, that's why you're bring it up. It's just a loophole currently in the rule. Most people don't just have space to put a gun away (In their clothes, or in the "hands" slots). And it's usually backpacks that are open. Ask them to drop the bag, the gun drops too. Anyone abusing the swap function to say "I don't have a backpack on." can be asked to swap their appearance. And if the person had the gun out when you requested them to drop it, them not dropping it would be not complying with the request. That usually gives grounds to kill after 3 warnings.
