make it to where no one has a cooldown

What i knew from arena was that with evey kill you did you got +250 exp if i am not wrong. Why not do it on ph arena?

What i knew from arena was that with evey kill you did you got +250 exp if i am not wrong. Why not do it on ph arena?

I'm just saying make it to where everyone can max out their xp before every round. It wouldn't give certain people a advantage because everyone would have it.

After each round you lose your xp. Everyone gets the kit. You just have to use it at the right time.
