More armored vehicles for modded servers!

In the modded servers there is only one armored vehicle with a hmg on top and like 2 other very big armored vehicles. We also don't have any choppers with mounted guns on the side nor do we have a modded tank or APC. There is a good mod to accommodate for this:

It has some very good vehicles but the speed and HP of the vehicles are a bit too high so i advise to nerf them before putting them into servers
