Rust /Raid command

As you may know I am very well known for being the master of the rust mod 
, and I have been seeing a lot of players asking for how much it takes to blow up a certain type of building with a certain type of explosive. Since not much people have gotten to know the mod or are just starting out, I was wondering if we could get a /raid command and server alert or something so that it can send you to my forum post of the rust raiding guide (Link: http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=83&t=12543). Something similar to the /crafting command and server alert. Let me know what you guys and gals think. Thanks!
