(Rule Idea)In my opinion, everyone wants a comfy home, a nice place to live, huh? Except when it comes to raiding. I think, for a new rule, the raider must check if the owner of the building (Whatever you built) is online. If not, they are not able to raid that building or base.
(idea) Probably, please, add role chat like for example: (Police Chat): Mr.Aws: Testing Testing 1 2 3 we have liftoff.
It'll be great to chat with other people with the same role without talking in world chat, sorta like "role hubs"

That rule idea is something I, myself thought would be a wonderful addition... But at the same time, it would be really hard to enforce and know when ppl break the rule

As for the "role hub", I think it would be great. Not really sure if you can actually make something like that though.

These can be done by team speak, some role plays servers already have it, it would be really cool, but just police hub will be good because maybe you can put mafias and terrorists groups to the bandits but on my opinion bandit is not to go in 40
