Give Donors the Ability to Use /back Once an Hour

I think it would be a good addition because it would make there be more incentive to donate and for solo players it will give them an opportunity to try and get their loot back.

I disagree. PvP is already hard enough if you play alone and you're against a team that just waits it out constantly /tpaing their friends.
