Double Jeopardy. This is a law that states one person can not be convicted of the same crime twice, nor can they be tried for it twice. When a player KOSes me while no mods are on I am not allowed to run back and kill him just because I am angry. I say Moderators should not be allowed to tell you something and then come back five minutes later and ban you because they changed their mind. I only see this rule being used in small things. if somebody Mass KOSes and later evidence is found against them the case should be revisited, otherwise I like this possible rule.

+1 but like you said, only for certain circumstances.

-1 / Not all moderators have log access and can see what all TRUTHFULLY went down. You're just upset that you lied to two mods and they got someone to give them logs and they found out.

No banned I am not angry, I got that problem fixed. I am still banned but it's fixed. Ask George about it. We figured out what really happened. What happened was my friend did rob the guy and I did not realize it, I thought my friend had been KOSed so I killed Ben for it, little did I know I was wrong, and I apologized for that. Now between the warning and me killing him, I said my warnings via mic really fast because everytime a cop or robber tries to take me under control they do the same thing. I confessed to that and apologized. I have owned up to what I have done and I am serving my time. So tomorrow I would like to be able to expect to be treated normal again. Not with respect, that starts over when I get on tomorrow night, I expect to be treated like a normal player.

Police have the right to arrest via microphone. But they must give a chance for the arrested. Bandits on the other hand must give Robbery in chat and can only kos either if a weapon is pulled AFTER announcing or if they don't comply after 3 warnings (least 1 in chat)

Also, was your ban shortened to 1 day? I don't recall reading it anywhere.

That didn't sound right to me, I could of sworn they had to give one in chat and the rest could be voice. So I checked the rules.
"When arresting you must warn in the chat 1 time and 2/3 times in voice chat (only if you want to say in voice if not you can say in the chat but you must say at least once in chat so we have proof that you were arresting)"

Where is this part at? I don't recall it being in the rules.
