I was on PandaHut 10#, and I invited a guy. He was a new on PandaHut RP(so as I but I read the rules before), so he did /role bandit and /kit bandit and as soon as he saw a guy he start just screaming at him to get in the ground. Quick thing I wanna say, I knew this guy today on a PandaHut server and he seemed like a good player so i imagine he knew the rules of RP (also he never say he didn't and i just assumed so) anyways 3 seconds after he start screaming the other guy pull out a gun and kill us bouth (I only start shooting the guy after he start shooting at me and my friend). He killed us bouth and then the guy said on that we attempt to rob him.

After that a mod goes on duty and says that we need to call the robbery on chat. I knew that and i try to explain it to that mod (Don't remember the name) then after he said we need to call the robbery on chat he procedes to ban my friend for one day and then me. I understand that this is kinda on me and my friend because I didn't tell him the rule, but I did try to explain the mod that he was just a noob and that we're sorry and it won't happend again(I got banned while i was typing this), as we're bouth new on RP I can't complain much but it woulde be nice just a warning given the fact that we didn't kill/rob the guy. Before staright out banning, I know it wasn't a long ban (only 1 day) but it still kinda sucks. PandaHut was recommended by a friend that told me that it had a great community and most of the plugins (buy, sell, home, etc) that i love. Just a friendly suggestion about how some mods treat the players should improve.

May I know what Pandahut RP server you are referring to? Was it Washington or PEI? And may I know the moderators name? While you are banned, could you read rules at www.pandahut.net/RP while I try to look on what happened exactly? Thank you for posting this so that we are aware and maybe shorten your ban period if I/we find it is applicable.

Now you are right, those you do not know the rules and seem new to the server, I typically give them an hour ban to read the rules. I do apologize, however, for I did not notice your mention of your friend being new. Therefore, I will unban you and your friend, assuming you have both read the rules now. Thank you.

The mods are not here to be nice, they are here to protect the server. But if you sit down and calmly talk to a mod, they are normally quite reasonable. This should be a lesson for the future.
