Kidnapper role

Right now, the kidnapper role is extremely op. Not only can they kidnap people whenever they want, but they could do it to whoever and whenever they wish. For example: A player that was the role kidnapper repeatedly kept kidnapping the same person, (around 10 times in a few minutes), which basically makes it harrassment towards the victim. It got so bad, that the victim had to contact me, a moderator, to put an end to it. It ruins a persons rp experience. So In order to change it, I believe there should be a 15-30 min. cooldown on this role, for every kidnap that occurs.

I think this should follow along the lines of raiding. Only being able to kidnap every 30 mins and maybe only kidnap the same person every 3 hours or so.

There I disagree, it's much more dangerous to kidnapp than raid or rob. You actually have to speak and negotiate to someone who can call raid and kill you. So while I agree there needs to be a timer it should be much shorter than what you have suggested. I would say 10 mins.

yes please add a cool down. since its a donator role maybe make it like 10min like dan said or even 5min

I agree with Danz.
Speaking as a veteran kidnapper, as it is often my main role, kidnapping is extremely hard, it actually requires planning.
Depending on who you are kidnapping, it can take up to 5 mins to plan it, for example, when Danz and I kidnapped the entire RP town, we had been planning it for around 30 minutes.
I also agree with Sudath, the timer should be quite short, 5 mins minimum.

If there's planning time that takes so long what is the problem with planning your next kidnap while on cooldown. And about kidnapings being the most risky out of raids and robberies I disagree. Robberies are the most risky because of a rule most people haven't seen, that rule says that: "anyone can kill the robber".
