"Vanilla" Server Suggestion

So lately I have been playing alot of vanilla and its really fun, the only thing I dislike Is that it's not on Pandahut. Vanilla is the good ol' fashioned Unturned that us older players (older as in have played the game since classic unturned, calm yourself) know and love. It's survival at its best without OP kits that give you a full ghillie and a grizzly and military night vision, and it's the classic game of Unturned. I think that we should vanilla pandahut server but with a few tweaks. I'm thinking vanilla but with all the donator ranks showing (so in game my name would be "420Waffle: [MVP+]:"), as well as a tpa system.

This tpa system will not be like normal Pandahut servers, it should have a 10 minute cool down between each tpa and have a 1-2 minute timer before being able to tpa after dying. This will prevent the obnoxious teamers who keep TPing back to kill you, it will make it more vanilla but still being able to tpa because honestly who likes dying and then having to run across the map to get back to their friend? I think the map should be Washington and maybe donators have some perks?

To sum up my ideas: have a modified tpa system, have donator ranks, on the Washington map

Tell me what you think, I want to hear the rest of the community's thoughts and ideas, and could I get a global mod to slap a poll on this? Just to see the community's thoughts on whether or not they want a semi-vanilla server.

I agree no kits, a reserved slot should be the only perk. The only thing I suggest to be non-vanilla is a modified tpa system, nerfed, if you will.

What if donators got access to /home instead of joining with full? Just so MVP+ don't feel skimped out.

It's actually a really good idea. like no tpa, no kits, airdrops (feasts) might be good too but no kits even for donors. And maybe car owning plugin... It will become a really good vanilla server... :D

Ok so I love the idea Banned said (Death, there's a reason people donate, it helps the servers and in turn you get rewarded with special perks for keeping the server alive. Without donators pandahut wouldn't exist, so they deserve perks to help them in game.) to where MVP+ gets a reserved slot and every donator gets the ability to do /home but there is a 10 minute cool down on /home. I do believe there should be a tpa system though, it will be nerfed completely to prevent teaming in combat making the tpa system only useful in getting to a friend, not to have an advantage in combat. Tell me what you think.

We had an idea like this for a server coming soonish! Basically it'd be normal PVP server but no shop and kits.
Still /balance and /pay and you'd get money for killing zombies for player to player trading. You'd also have /tpa and /home. That or completely vanilla (no plugins)

I think for vanilla the only thing donators should get is a reserved slot. Because if a command is added, it's not vanilla anymore, is it now?

Hmm maybe increase the spawn rate for items? If it'll be a vanilla server the map will be clean of items most of the time. Just a slight increase, and maybe a increase or decrease in player's armor? (To die quicker or survive more)
