Significantly increase the raid cool down for the RP servers

I've witnessed a group of 3 bandits wipe out half of an RP town in the matter of an hour because the cool down is only 30 minutes, that means 3 bandits can hit 6 bases in 1 hour. That rate of destruction is way too high and it takes away from the roleplay experience because people who have well known shops are high on the target list. I believe a longer cool down would promote more positive roleplay and provide a more peaceful and prosperous server.

When raiding if there's people assisting you they need to announce that they're assisting you, making them have a cooldown to raid too. Therefore all those 3 bandits would be able to only raid a base.

well thats where the police comes on play, if there is no police on that sucks but when there is it would be boring if there were like no raids

The Police kinda suck tho. I can get away with raids and robs and drugs, everything illegal pretty much, and the police won't do a thing about it. I literally go say hi to officers wearing full police clothing saying I'm a police chief and they do NOTHING. (I don't police bait, when an officer walks up to me this happens, I impersonate the police so I can lure people into my traps where I rob them :D ) There are multiple Police Chiefs and Deputies and Captains but they still haven't organized the police force. :/

Exactly, we have bandit groups on 13 that most RCMP don't have the balls to go after. Plus we don't have a lot of police on late at night when most stuff goes down.
