The Stealy Wheely Automobiley. Enough said. I think if you are using it or in possession of it you should be arrested. You may think "why should be arrested for just having it". Its sole purpose is in the name. It steals vehicles.

I disagree mechanics may need them if they have to tow cars that are illegally parked in the street or if your car was locked by a troll and they log u will need on and also what if your cars stolen or a police car is stolen and they need to unlock a stolen car. Finally with out the stealy wheely car theft will be nearly impossible

True, it's like having a lock pick when your not a lock smith (which is illegal) but the lock smith should not be punished (mechanics)

Ok they won't be illegal for mechanics to carry. However if anyone else has one, its illegal.

If this did get added, and mechanics and police couldn't be arrested for it, and police arrested a ton of people, that would cause them to start stacking up on the Stealy Wheely Automobileys.
