Yes, I clearly know that you must wait 30 minutes until raiding a base(I think), But i find that quiet bullshit, I keep seeing in chat "Raid near alberton and military" each 35 minutes or so, this is how towns get DESTROYED by the same people destroying it the rich people It dint take long for them too long too destroy the NEW SRU base that was just made in 4 hours, it was destroyed, half the police officers, don't know that they can protect bases that are being raided, and I guess that the raid cool-down should be 12 hours, on the group, person, and the people who helped the person raid, it's too overpowered having too raid each 15 MINUTES! the rich boys attacked a shop that had nothing in it, it was just a shop, the rich boys destroyed a jail, seriously?? they destroyed a wooden hut with a door?

I just want to say that raiding should have a cool-down of 12 hours it's not that long but it can help people stay alert. (if a base next to them gets destroyed they actually have a reason too stay up)

I also think the "raiding the same person" goes with the town it self i don't really suggest that really I just really recommend making the raid time larger also I do know people are 2 bandits 1 uses 1 raid the other uses a other, I want to make illegal you shouldn't be able too do that, that's like raiding the same base but having another group member do it.

Actually if 1 group member raids the same base the entire group has to wait 3 days to raid it.

No, they can not. Both raiding AND assisting in a raid have a cooldown of 30 mins.

Derpy I have tried to make this argument before, I completely agree. Towns get mutilated by groups of bandits in just a few hours and it's ravaging roleplay as a whole.

once again cops fault. Blame the cops not the rules. not the owners fault the cops are lazy or fail trying to stop a raid.

I'm not sure I'd say that, the current meta in raiding, at least on 13, seems to be what I call lightning raids. The bandit or whatever role is raiding for a full 20 seconds using his rocket launcher to blow the base. Then he calls raid over and sorts through the loot and dismembers what's left of the base as he has destroyed all beds and claim flags. There's not much police can do as raids seem to attract massive amounts of randoms looking for loot and generally people raid out of the way bases and put little info saying where a base is exactly. They might just say "sudaths base" which to many police wouldn't mean shit. And many times bandits aim for way out of the way bases that take a full two mins to reach. Making it very difficult to actually stop a raid.

I do agree on the lighting raid part, I loved it when raids would be 1 or 2min long but now they are only a matter of seconds.
But at the same time the police really gotta pick up there game. About 2 months ago there were always police patrolling the whole map instead of just sitting at RP town. You would constantly be caught paying fines for speeding. people actually started to drive the right speed and not get arrested. Also whenever people called correct raids with good detail explaining where it was there would always be cops near the scene or on there way because they were always patrolling the WHOLE map.

Now if someone just says raid at sudath base. If there is a mod at this point tell them to give more detail and if they dont then tell them to call off the raid.

The only reason I dont want raides to have a longer cooldown is because the bandit role on 13 is really hard to do now because almost everyone is always at RP town and you have no where to go off alone with them and rob em. It will make the bandit role boring.

Honestly RP 13 has really been at a weak point... 2 months ago was where it was at its high. Atleast for me. Now its just everyone at RP town getting arrested for trespassing or police baiting. I think we need to make several towns.

Yeah alot of police baiting and you should be able to "BAN" people from that town if they "RAID" something but only give them warnings and put their name in a sign giving them 3 or 4 warnings. 2 in world.
