I am suggesting that you add an age limit on staff applications. Simply because I am tired of seeing 12-14 year old moderators-head mods that have no idea how to actually moderate a server. They consistently jump the gun on bans without getting facts first. And the most annoying part of it, is when they're the ones getting kos'd or their friends, they handle it immediately. However, when someone they don't know gets kos'd, it either takes a long time for them to respond, or they don't even respond at all. Regardless there should be staff that know what they're doing and I have yet to see that from any of the current mods including head mod. No disrespect intended however they just simply are inexperienced and their young age doesn't help their decision making at all.

Side note: I don't know how old Raheem is, but he is excluded as he is the only mod who actually does something for other people.

Assuming this is directed towards RP staff given you said KOS, but, for any pandahut player to apply for Moderator on RP, they must be given permission from an RP Admin, after being put under review, they become Trial-Mod, and from there if they preform well they are premoted to Moderator.

As possum said, if you are not of age you need permission from an RP1 / RP2 admin. They can choose whether or not to give you the permission if they see you immature/power hungry/ etc.

If you still do not understand the age limit for moderators is 18+. If they are under 18 they must get approval from their local RP Administrator obviously depending on which server they are applying for.

If you still do not understand the age limit for moderators is 18+. If they are under 18 they must get approval from their local RP Administrator obviously depending on which server they are applying for.

And the only way they will get approval is if that Administrator sees them fit for the position. So it is at the discretion of the Administrator.

They need to get permission from a RP admin like stated above, if they get accepted they are then placed as a trail mod to see how they perform with calls and helping people, once rag or any personal in charge of promotions feel that trail mod is ready for mod they will promote that player to mod, if you ever see a underage or any trail mod or mod not being mature, abusing or just breaking rules please get evidence and report. hopefully this answered confusion.

Alright, alright we got enough answers I think he gets it lol. Anyway, I believe OP is talking about #13 as "Raheem" isn't a #10 mod, so OP if you have any staff problems for #13 please bring it up to BannedHammer/Miku/Mushy and they should be able to assist you ASAP, or more preferably make a report if you believe the staff member has done something worthy of a demotion.
