Suggestion #1; Change in rules

I've noticed the not being able to defend your team is one of the most stupid things I've ever heard of, there should be a rule also for if someone is threatening your teammate you should be able to defend them if they're being robbed and such and such.

Suggestion #2; Vaults for Normal users
I suggest adding vaults for normal users even if it's a 3x5 as I see it's just unfair, I can understand why they're a donators only thing but it's extremely hard for a new player to start out in the game with no vaults or house, Yes some kits and roles give both of those but they shouldn't have to depend on their role to keep their stuff out of thiefs sights.

Suggestion #3; Add something for tutorials,
Most people who join have no fucking idea what to do I got the idea easily and one of my friends referred me to " pandahut.net/RP/ " but just to make things easier, just make something repeat every 10 minutes saying something like " For fresh players visit Pandahut.net/RP/ for roles, rules and what you should and should not do."

Suggestion #4; Roleplay disrespect,
I am adding this because of my previous ban for 5 days (reduced to 2), I was banned for Roleplay disrespect but... as a admin sees it? "Admin disrespect" Bullshit I say xD, If I'm disrespecting your admin status then I would be saying "You're a terrible admin" not "You're a pretty bad aim with that gun", That counts as "Admin Disrespect" and I find it funny because any admin I've ever talked to then can ban me instantly because mostly one of my opening to admins is a cuss then taking it back instantly as a joke in roleplay and it seems to make people laugh quite often,

But anyhow I just suggest to admins and all staff members, Don't say it's "Admin Disrespect" unless it actually is and the only way a admin can say that is if the player mentions their admin status or hints it, If they don't then they're just disrespecting the admins roleplay not his admin rank,

Suggestion #5; Warnings,
I've heard these alreaddy exist, But I've asked 5 of my teammates on the roleplay server and none of them have ever recieved any, I suggest adding 3 warnings unless what that player did is more than 2 types of rulebreaking such as CDM & KOS, Anyhow everytime I've seen a admin sit "Instant ban" some admins don't even explain to them, and yeah sometimes I'm at cape rock mining and I just overhear whats going on, I never check the names of the people, but anyhow one of my friends recieved a instant ban without him explaing, this also links to my very first ban which I had no actual idea what to do because I just got kidnapped and broke out of my cuffs grabbed a gun and shot my kidnappers got banned for that.

But anyhow these are my Suggestions, If you like some or hate some just say which Suggestion # you like.

#1 -

No, that'd mean that people would hang around in groups of 8/10 people and own the server making it impossible for new players to do anything as they'd be alone.

#2 - Hmm, maybe. We'll look into it.

#3 - We're working on something like that already, although there's loads of plugins that have to be done currently alongside the new ''Military RP'' server so we're currently busy. (But we already have a message announcer telling you to read the rules)

#4 - That sounds ridiculous, I don't think a Admin would ever ban for "You're a terrible admin" or "You're a pretty bad aim with that gun" as that's purely your opinion, there's a huge difference between opinions and disrespect, if any Administrator / Moderator has banned you for using those statements please submit a report for it and we'll deal with it asap.

#5 - Yes, we already give those out but for certain situations like Mass Kos we can't afford letting the person go with a warning as he has caused a lot of havoc and we'd be having a high amount of players complain, but for certain situations like accidental kos or cdm we usually let them go off with a warning depending on the situation.

Before you read this, This is a reply to RagnarosPower

1. Make it so you need to be in the same group and to prove it have one shoot another and prove they're in the group , Also it is stupid though since you can't defend your teammates.

2. a simple 3x5 is fine for a normal user, I don't see how it would hurt the server, "Making multiple accounts" I doubt anyone would do that just to get a extra 3x5 space.

3. Aight well I haven't seen that I've seen /rules that links you to it.

4. No what I am saying makes perfect sense want it in a few words? Here; A admin can call insult someone, Not saying that any do, but if the person defends insulting back, they can be banned.
this had very little to do with my ban, I only added this because I was banned and that casued me to notice that this is possible, I also added it because I read all the ban appeals on the site and lots of people I'm postive have been banned in a situation like this.

5. Also wouldn't a single Kos be a warning then? No? Why was my very first ban a kos -_- Even if a player has played for months on the server and understands it perfectly he should still recieve warnings, Like What I don't understand is, These are supposed to existance and yous say these do, but I've never seen nor heard of them, Like if someone placed Friendly turret on a floor with a entrance or a window, That doesn't seem so bad if it hasn't killed anyone and that would be a simple warning right?, I would like to give a example for someone being banned for something so small but Ragnaros stated "we already give those out but for certain situations" Certain situations such as? Well you're mentioning mass kos so I would then say a single kos like if you didn't say "Drop your guns and backpack" in world chat but accidently in area chat, I would say that's still okay if it was a accident but oh wait it's not is it? ._.

I'm uploading new suggestions as I was playing gmod darkrp with my crew recently and noticed how much different it was to this, this game if anyone has played darkrp the first thing that comes to your mind is probably gmod darkp.
