+1 I'm a police chief and I feel like it's just a tag because I can't really do anything else from leading police officiers and few of them are not even listening and don't give a crap

Agreed that the tags are pretty much useless at this point. There are two main things you get from the rank: The tag, and a better kit. Otherwise, higher ranks don't do much in game. I like the idea of giving the ability to give warrants to chiefs and letting deputys call raids.

However, being able to kick people from the force has been proposed before and it was refused for the reason that it can be abused very easily. Its just too easy to manipulate this into a weapon against other officers so I cannot support that part of this proposition. Overall +1 though. I think we need this.

I also agree with most of this, except for the part about kicking.

It can be abused too easily, especially since higher ranked officers aren't going to be at the same standard of impartiality as mods. Either way, mods should be able to deal with these officers now with Rag's new rule on stronger RP.

The only way I can think of implementing it is maybe some sort of reporting/strike system that gets you kicked off the role with enough detail/evidence.

I can sort out the kicking part as said above, ill be making a post with wanted list, house raid list and corrupt cops list, so it can be dealt with faster. Anyways +1

YOYO my man, could you reply to the post I made about the police with these suggestions? pretty please, I'm trying to get every opinion possible on that thing before adding it all up and editing it, to then push to rag for ratification!

If you are an officer of rank and another officer disobeys a direct order, pm a mod reporting the player, mod will then investigate. and punish if the fail rp or incorrect cop persists. Remember, keep the RP flowing.

Now if an officer is obviously acting corruptly, take the in-game actions as officers of the law and carry out the law.
