New command(s) suggestion (any server)

I would like to make a suggestion for a new command to ease the mods and stop the constant "ADMIN, ADMIN" spam. Ladies and gentlemen I present you the: /callmod command. It is a command like /pm but for mesaging mods. Here is an example of what it's supposed to be: It is server 10 Washington RP, a player gets kosed and they need a mod. What do they do? They simply spam chat with "admin, admin, I need admin" thus creating problems to people who simply try to have a conversation in chat or are trading. Here comes the /callmod command. KoSed player types in chat "/callmod I got kosed I need a mod to help me" and all moderators on the server recieve his mesage in a bright, high contrast colour. Doing so he does not spam chat and mods are more likely to notice that he is in need of help. And this is the /callmod command. It can also be implemented in the PvP servers when players suspect a hacker (although they do lack moderators and mesages probably won't be seen).
Another command I've been thinking about is /modlist. Doing /modlist will show a list of all the people that have mod abbilties on the current server. This command can be useful for situations when the current server does not have any mods online and somebody needs to contact one (mainly PvP servers and RP servers at early and super late hours). The list contains their in-game name and steam name (steam link and teamspeak name might come in handy too).
These are my command suggestions, thanks to all who read the entire suggestion and I hope I can see your opinions.
