New command(s) suggestion (any server)

I would like to make a suggestion for a new command to ease the mods and stop the constant "ADMIN, ADMIN" spam. Ladies and gentlemen I present you the: /callmod command. It is a command like /pm but for mesaging mods. Here is an example of what it's supposed to be: It is server 10 Washington RP, a player gets kosed and they need a mod. What do they do? They simply spam chat with "admin, admin, I need admin" thus creating problems to people who simply try to have a conversation in chat or are trading. Here comes the /callmod command. KoSed player types in chat "/callmod I got kosed I need a mod to help me" and all moderators on the server recieve his mesage in a bright, high contrast colour. Doing so he does not spam chat and mods are more likely to notice that he is in need of help. And this is the /callmod command. It can also be implemented in the PvP servers when players suspect a hacker (although they do lack moderators and mesages probably won't be seen).
Another command I've been thinking about is /modlist. Doing /modlist will show a list of all the people that have mod abbilties on the current server. This command can be useful for situations when the current server does not have any mods online and somebody needs to contact one (mainly PvP servers and RP servers at early and super late hours). The list contains their in-game name and steam name (steam link and teamspeak name might come in handy too).
These are my command suggestions, thanks to all who read the entire suggestion and I hope I can see your opinions.

I already talked to Miku about this command a few days ago. As far as I know, it was planned to be implemented. She and Mushy may still be working on it. Ask her if it is still going to be added or not.

Something close to this is going to get implemented really soon, how it's gonna work is that when a certain player types ''KOS'' in the chat, it'll disallow them from typing it and say the following in the chat:
''If you got kosed /pm a staff member!'' and then the players would have to /pm the staff to tell them that they got kosed.

Sounds like a good idea but what if the players needs the mod for something else? They'll still spam the chat with "mod mod mod" maybe such thing should be added to phrases such as: FalseRP; False Raid; I need mod/admin. This way chat would be even more clear from spamers simply searching for help.

One problem with that, that could be fixed, is hit men could not pm.

What about new people that don't know who is a mod or not a mod?
