+1 Don't know how the rule would play out like if a cop sees someone stealing a vehicle would it be KOS? Arrested? KOS if they drive away?

It should be illegal but not banned as it gives more opportunities to RP,Lets say we have stealy wheely and we found an APC in someone's base and you steal it,Lock it and then you sell it.A easy 5000 bucks .

P.s that's why alot of APC where stolen and sold in PEI (by me )
