As we all know, the buildings in the RP servers cause lag I think I my Idea could help. What I was thinking is that there is a default size for everyone's' house and if they want to extend/build bigger they have to apply, Now you're wondering "how would they apply?" well what I thought is the mayor of whichever server creates a group of people like a council, this group of people all have meetings with people who want to extend there house, and maybe even you might have to pay some extra money to extend too (not sure about that part) I think this idea would work because then In certain populated places where there is also a lot of bases it would hopefully stop some lag.

An example of an application would be

Why do you want to extend or build a bigger house?:

And maybe some other questions I believe this would be used a lot by mainly people who are looking into building apartments and shops etc who will apply
For a punishment if someone has built a too big base and hasn't applied then they would be asked first to take the building to the right size if they do not comply within 24hours then they will start loosing things from there base ( like when people don't pay debts people come and take stuff from there home to pay for it etc)

We do NOT want to make it so we control every aspect of what you do on the server. We still want the player to enjoy the server as much as he can and the way this is do able is to make it so they can control what they do and we don't restrict them.

Or wipe server monthly

If we wiped the server monthly then people would just get angry.

Or month in a half becuase if not it causes lag and they give people a heads up that it's time to start clearing your bases out or every 2 months

Becuase I'm not gonna play to build a house I already payed for the materials for the house.

This Is not controlling every aspect there is still a lot of freedom, the default house size would still big but maybe like only 2 floors and etc

But some people don't want to do that mason because they rely on their base being there.. This is why the existing bases would stay t I mean input this idea for new bases etc

I agree they should have a base size limit but why pay to build the base when you just payed to buy the stuff for it??

Well maybe not pay just need permission is what I'm saying

And u only need to get permission when u wanna build bigger base or extend
