My idea is to have where you need a certain amount of rep to get a higher up rank like sheriff deputy and other ranks becuase you don't want someone with -157 ( random number) to get a high up rank

That's allredy a rule.
I believe he's talking about #13, this is only a thing currently for #10.

I like this idea. I will go over it with the Admins and make an updated forum post on the police ranking system on 13.
