Flashbangs for chiefs and higher.

I belive that chief+ should be able to buy flashbangs, curently only SWAT in the police force can buy it so here's my idea
Police Chief should be able to buy Smoke Grenades.
Police Deputy should be able to buy Flashbangs.
Police captain should be able to buy both.
This making rp situations like raids hostage sits etc a litle easyer to enter the base when the raiders/kidnapers are blind.
What do you guys think 'bout this?
