ranks and weapon kits

after the new arival of the Russia map ranked player should be able to change there kit guns to some new ones just once if there is a way plz leave it belowe
if you don't understand plz comment and ill will go into further deteals

usually allow perm weapon change but don't abuse it and start requesting a change of weapons 7 times a week, in order to request for a perm weapons change go to the following sub-forum :
http://pandahut.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=11 and make a topic there with your steamid64 and what weapons you wish to have changed and what to.
