First of all I know Jordan made a topic based around this http://pandahut.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=6860 but let me add a few more details

So first you find a base and you ask in world chat for the owner to come, if the owner does NOT come you should be allowed to /raid BUT you have to give 3 warnings for example:

"Warning 1 owner of metal base near seattle bank come"
10 sec later (Insert elevator music here)

"Warning 2 owner of metal base near seattle bank come"
10 sec later (Still elevator music)

"Warning 3 owner of metal base near seattle bank come"

Now you can do /raid, ONLY IF A CAPTAIN IS NOT ON THE SERVER which means if there is a captain do not do the raid ask him to do it, if there is NOT a captain you may do /raid!

Now raiding rules:

If it is a Metal Base you may destroy the Metal Window if there is one, IF there is NOT a metal window you may destory the Metal Doorway try to do as less damage as posible!

If it is a Wooden Base you may destroy the wall DO NOT destroy the door becouse more resources!

Now when you got in the base and for example it was Lettuce and not Berryes you have to replace the things you broke Example: I broke a Wooden Wall I have to put a Wooden Wall same goes for Metal Wall

If it is a organized drug farm example: Indigo here, Jade there, Amber here, Lettuce here, ONLY destroy the berry planters do NOT I repeat do NOT destroy the vegetable planters!


IF the base has Friendly Sentrys don't destroy them instead find the generator if the generator is hiden you may destroy the Sentry .

Now I know what you are thinking "But Flop isnt this gonna give deputys the captains job?"
No, becouse deputy can't raid if a captain is not online
That is my idea on how to improve rp, what ya'll think?

+1 I would like to see that implemented in game but deputy should wait for the owner of the base to be online and if he is not giving permission to search his base then raid

Theres more to the police than raiding, also u stil should have to get a warrant just like real life. u want to raid Try to get captain. If u worry about u being able to raid so much u should not be police deputy, your job is to keep the city safe and the the police force organised NOT worry about raiding bases. We only do these if needed "drugs, police vehicles, other illegal stuff" NOW STOP worrying so much about raiding.

I've already made a post in the PH13 general topics about something like this, if you want a police raid to happen, post your evidence there, along with the location of the base and the name of the owner if possible. And I'll get on and call the raid.
