If everyone is on the edge about adding charges. How about we just add them to kit swat. This way if cops need to breach in they call swat over. I just really want to improve swat because I believe they might have good gear but they are useless

True Sudath, A swat member has good gear but is pretty much on the same level as a RCMP....

If this will be added I don't think they need this in there kit but they need to be able to buy it
