New staff call command

I think that there should be a new command to call a staff member to help you you with a problem Example: Kos, disrespect etc. Because certain roles cant /PM, and a staff member might be on another RP server.

Example: 3 Full mods on #10, no staff on #13, someone gets kosed. Might be difficult to contact a staff member.

The command should be /call (Reason) and it would message this to all of the staff members that are on both rp servers,

Example: Fuzzy: /call "Someone kosed me, and i need a refund".

It would show this to all staff members on all RP servers: (some noticeable color)Alert: Fuzzy is calling for help on #13 or #10 (depends on what server i would be on) because: Someone kosed me, and i need a refund.

And if you troll a staff member with this command it will result in a punishment.

Although new players will still probably just shout "KOS" In chat, maybe when the word KOS is said in chat it shouldn't come up in chat like when you say "hacks" it shows a link to where you can report a player, so maybe when it says KOS it tells you the command to do to message all staff.

The problem is that if by example I do /call on #10 how will a staff from 13 know that somebody from 10 is already taking care of the situation? If they won't then staff will have to keep swapping around servers without knowing if somebody is taking care of the situation already.

/callrespond PlayerName? Let's player see who is Helping. Ex. "Dutchy will be with you shortly." And lets other mods know he is responding to it. Ex "Dutchy is helping PlayerName."

I think the best solution is to make the call command seperated from each server like that there will be no problem with knowing if somebody else is taking care of it in the server but for example if there is no one in one of the rp servers so players should make a post about it or contact a staff on ts ect'

This is a good idea but I think it will slow down our action to arrive fast to the situation
