Why not make a decorator a builder so the builder has access the glass and things too? Why do we need a decorator if it would be much easier to to find a builder who can build a house with glass? Nowadays a decorator is hard to find which is unfortunate. Just make the features you can do in decorator put it in builder and remove decorator.
