I play a lot on server 13 and while i know its a popular server, I have sat at my computer hitting the refresh button and joining every time it hits 21 players. I still have not gotten in though I have been here for 4 hours. Yes I spent 4 hours of my life trying to get into a server and I will continue to try. But I believe that there should be wipe of the players on the server maybe every 4 hours (its up to admins) so that everyone has a chance to enter it, without spending money just to gain one of those reserved spot.
+1 if you agree with me that this should be implemented.

To be honest I don't really see the point, why wait for the 4 hour restart to try and join wen you could still hit the refresh button and try to join. Even if a 4 hour restart is to be implemented it would be annonying to have the server restart a lot of times, in the middle of RP situations and say you have a different timezone imagine the restart is just before you go to sleep or just before you have to eat there would be no point if you don't have the time to join.

What if you are in a middle of a raid or RP event? Or what is someone just mass kosed?
