Slave trade on Pandahut?

So once again let me make it perfectly clear that this will in no way entail any racial prejudice, this slave trade will be done as seen fit by those who partake in it.
Now with that out of the way let me flesh out my ideas. Let me start by advocating the RP this would present. As a Kidnapper you could steal somebody and alert the cops to the fact that you have them under your control, with that done you can decide to either ransom them to the cops or sell them to a wanting person with money.
This will be a complicated procedure that will present more danger to the kidnapper than good to lower the rate of human trafficking should this be added as a rule and concept. First of all prisoner upkeep is a must. You must supply clothes, food, and water to your captive until the buyer shows up in which case all those responsibilities will fall on the new owner of the slave.
Secondly at any time before being sold and possibly after the "Slave" can rebel against their capture's. This means you will not only have to clothe and feed your prisoner but keep a vigilant eye on them, especially to the buyer who now has to keep an eye on them until the police find and emancipate the prisoner. The slave is not allowed to simply escape if made to perform a task but is always allowed to rebel to any owner, if the owner is killed soft NLR is applied and the slave is now free.
I do believe this would add a new aspect to RP and for at least a short while revive the Kidnapper role, in the least this presents a new fun way to kidnap people and forces RP. Now the one trick pony role that Kidnapper is has an alternative route of action.
A possible rule to add to this in order to make it possible for police to help the slave would be for any trafficking deals to be made in world chat, now not only do the police know they have a trafficking situation on hand but also a for sure buyer.
Maybe only bandits could own slaves as it would obviously be illegal.
Not only would police have more work to keep them busy and away from harassing randoms, but Kidnappers could have fun and terrorize the server once again making Kidnapper an intimidating role.
"But why would anybody want to be a slave?" EXACTLY! That's the idea. Nobody should want to be kidnapped and ransomed but this will literally be an extension of that allowing for twice the RP in one convenient role. Plus we wouldn't need a new dirty sounding role such as "Slave trader" or "Human Trafficker" those would scare away new players, this way medium to average players know the meaning and will have already had fun on the server despite the danger so they will accept it.
Nothing racist, nothing harmful, and only some new rules and minor rule bending to make it work. What does everybody think? As far as I am concerned this would only serve to increase RP and revive an old role.
