Bounty System

So, this might be asking a bit much for developers, and to be quite honest I'm not sure if this would be possible, but here goes.

So I've played a lot of Altis Life in the past, and all of them have some form of a bounty system, which builds when you commit crimes. For example when you murder someone you get 20,000 added to your bounty, and if you steal a car you get 2,000 added to your bounty. Now obviously those numbers are really big for servers like this, so what if every time you commit a crime (Murder, Grant Theft Auto, Raid, etc.) You get bamboo added to your bounty, and if a cop catches you, he collects that bounty. Maybe you could also open a new role for Bounty Hunters, who could get a portion of the money by turning them in to the Police.

Suggestions and Feedback are appreciated, and if a developer could tell me if this is possible, that'd be much appreciated.

We have already the "Hitman" role that people can place hits and the hitman is able to kill a person in the hitlist every 30mins.
And about when you commit crimes, There's a 10% chance that on any kills done that the killer will have a 2,000 bamboo hit issued on them by the state!

But hitman are outside of the law, and the people that place the hits are the ones that determine the bounty price. I mean for Police, if they capture him, they get the whole bounty, and if they kill him, they get a percentage.

Bounty hunters are outside of the law too, they are murdering for money.
If the police capture the hitman they are not gaining any percentage, the only one who can receive a percentage (not including the hitmen) is the one in the hitlist after killing a hitman
Code: Select all5. If a player on the hitlist kills any hitman, their bounties will be removed and they will be awarded a portion of it: "Breadroll has avoided their hit by killing Jayy and received 375.00 Bamboo(25%)!"
You want that police officiers will be able to claim the bounty but in that case what is the point of being a hitman. This will make the hitman role useless
