So recently, me and everyone else have noticed that all of the Pandahut servers are laggy and cluttered with raided and unfinished bases. So I was thinking perhaps after every few months, 2 or 3, have a wipe. Destroy everything, but active bases. Or at least a way to preserve stored loot. This would help the server greatly, in that it would reduce lag by ALOT. If it's impossible, I understand. I'm just suggesting. 
Buildings on PvP go way after a certain ammount of time has passsed after the placer of the buildables has logged off. As a lot of players are still on that server after they're base is raided or something else i do understand that these buildings cause lag. However there is no simple way of "clearing" the map without removing bases wich are still unraided and still get used. The only way we can do it is by having staff going arround the entire map using the /wreck command (Ex. /wreck * 10, clears everything in a 10 meter radius). This takes time and is unpractical. When the RP Servers get cleared we just announce a few days before there is an actuall wipe and we advise player to store loot in their bank vault or get their valuables inside their inventory.
As there is no /vault on PvP and some people having more loot then they can carry, wipe's on PvP servers are hard to do without people complaining.
There will always be people complaining about wipes but maybe that's the only way. A wipe would be nice.
I advise people to just salvage the rest of your raided base or the random structures you decided to place arround.
