Nah, Russia has so many more positives. There is a bigger map (less raids), more items to trade, liberator, etc.

That wouldn't be necessarily the issue, the problem is that vanilla is kinda unpopulated, idk if having 2 of them would be good.

I think that Washington would be better. Yes, there are pluses to having Russia as vanilla, but the map is simply to dead. All it consists of is people spawning scrapping for what ever they can get; Then the people with the good gear already come to the spawn area and kill them. Having Washington as a vanilla would be better since it is smaller and there would be more encounters. Just putting my two cents in
