The price of arrows is 100 bamboo. I think that usign 1 arrow to kill 10 zombies is not practical, and I think it should be lowered to make it so you don't have to pay 600 to have 6 arrows (price of two crossbows)

Na, It's set there to balance the opness of bows. Also it fixed a money glitch.
