Roleplay Rules: 10 seconds between warnings

I can understand the abuse of someone speaking super fast or having a keybind to do instant warnings. However 10 seconds is more than enough time for the person to avoid any situation. I believe it should be shaved to 5 seconds. Its moderately shorter but still gives fair time between callouts. With that said if I rob someone and tell them not to move. that was my first warning. their still moving. i cant say another warning for 10 seconds. Oh no he is running away. "No dont run" -hes gone-
